Like everyone else here I got fooled into thinking this was Claude / ChatGPT and the purchased subscription was not even applied to my profile. When I logged back in it was just a plain blank account with no purchases or history. I emailed them and Paddle fobbed me off. To make it worse, no refund and the help bot cancelled the subscription and access after 1 day because I contacted support. No refund, no product and what I saw was a half baked crap shoot.

I wanted a pocket sized DAB radio with a speaker and rechargeable by USB function. This radio is not disappointing at all. The weight is light yet solidly built. Lovely audio via the speaker for casual listening in the shed or garden. When using headphone the audio is utterly superb! I live in a strong DAB area and the signal is mostly very good so have experienced none of the reported reception problems some have reported. A little confusing to get to presets and functions at first but after a few uses im sorted. Totally recommend!
