Review of Cocopup London

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Be aware… can become addictive

We placed a deposit on a puppy in Jan 25 and brought him home in Aug. Cocopup has since become a slight addiction and I absolutely love the quality of the products. Also love visiting the website to see new seasonal lines… being on the mailing list means I receive some great discounts and i absolutely love kitting my pup out with the different harnesses and bag straps to match :)

We recently ordered 100 personalised…

We recently ordered 100 personalised pens to hand out to at a company event. When we recieved the order, the printing on the pens was absolutely terrible. Despite sending a high res image, the wording was duplicated and blurred, making the details unreadable.

This would have been very apparent before shipping but the company didn't even attempt to let us know that there had been an issue with printing. I emailed straight away to complain and initially had a response requesting photos. Once the photos were sent, the company completely ignored every single communication from that point. We sent approximately 6 emails to various email addresses and to date, we have not had a single reply.

As there is no telephone number or alternative contact methods, we had to choice but to request a charge back from the credit card company. Had we of not used a credit card, we would have still been fighting for a reply and resolution.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company (and the sister company "Designer Kids and Baby") as they seem to ignore any issues of replacements / refunds in the hope that the problem will disappear.

Review of Ikea

£40 delivery charge and damaged on arrival!

I purchased a small desk for my daughter in preparation for Christmas. The desk totalled £169. This included a £40 delivery cost which I think is scandalous but as I don’t live near a store, I reluctantly paid it as I couldn’t find a desk anywhere else to fit in the space.

I waited a week for delivery only for the desk to turn up in a shocking state! The box was barely clinging on and as a result, parts of the desk were chipped and scratched. I refused to accept the delivery and now have to wait another week for a replacement. When IKEA are charging such high delivery prices, you would expect them to at least take a little care in the transportation of items. However the van that the items were in looked in a horrendous state, the packages were floating around in the back with no attempt to secure and the lifting equipment was also loose in the back of the truck.

The only reason I have given the two stars is because the delivery men did accept fault and sorted it with the warehouse straight away. However if you cannot get to a store to check items first, I would absolutely recommend steering clear of IKEA!!

Damaged items sent!

I ordered a mirrored jewel display tray from this company. As soon as I opened the packaging I could see that it was damaged, scratched and not what was described in the description at all. The tray description stated that the tray had balled feet which it did not, and also the size was a lot smaller than advertised. Unsure as to how the item was ever aloud to be delivered in such a bad state. Currently still waiting for a refund. Will never purchase anything from this company ever again!!
