Be careful

Be careful ordering here your parcel gets dumped on doorstep not needing to be signed for and when you contact them because you dont receive it your told bad luck. Very quick to take your money without making sure you have your product be careful

Id just like to point out the more lies as I couldn't have asked for a charge back through the bank as I didn't pay through the bank and can prove not only the way of purchase but the emails of you telling me you'll do nothing...... the lies keep coming

We’re sorry to read your comments, but we’d like to provide some context for others reading this. You contacted us to say the boots hadn’t arrived, even though the order was delivered to your neighbour as per your request. We immediately opened an investigation with Royal Mail to help resolve the matter.

Before Royal Mail could complete their investigation, you chose to open a chargeback with your bank. At that point, the process was taken out of our hands and dealt with directly between your bank and the courier evidence. Once Royal Mail confirmed delivery and we submitted this to your bank, the outcome was decided in our favour.

If you wish to take this further, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly as the investigation was closed in line with their findings.

We always aim to support our customers, but in this case the delivery was completed and independently verified.

I didn't receive items in parcel yet there was no help and told get on with it and seek help from 3rd party, in other words they do not care


It has been replied to but not handled the company are a farse, do not be fooled by there reply underneath
