Well-built PC which works perfectly (after some minor driver issues which were fairly easily resolved). Arrived in under a week in great condition.

Awful experience trying to cancel BT. I switched to YouFibre, who contacted BT telling them to cancel my plan. I got a confirmation email on 27th June saying that they received this cancellation request. Called them on 2nd July and they said they did not hear anything from YouFibre, but confirmed that they will cancel my plan in 30 days. I called them again today (9th August) and they were unaware of the cancellation so told me I needed to give 30 days notice. Luckily, the operator was able to reduce this to 9 days (18th August). We will see if I ever get my last bloody bill! I just want to leave!!

This company usually never disappoint, but my last order was missing a 2L bottle of PG/VG mix (~£20). I e-mailed them but they have yet to respond.

EDIT: They have re-shipped the missing order and added 5 flavours as compensation. Great job.

Paid them, thinking they had found the part I needed. 2 weeks later, they are asking if it would be OK if I received the part in a different colour. I cancelled the order and received a refund, then found the necessary part myself on eBay in a few days or less.
