The product was fine but the installer damaged our property through carelessness. Hopefully AO will pick up the bill for full repair. No apology given

Solihull centre .

Your of the Solihull cenntre.

New to the gym and have signed up and James was very helpful.

One thing not so impressive was the 20 minute wait to be seen despite booking an appointment. I had to prompt the staff on reception as we had seemed to have been forgotten about

Flowers didn’t turn up

Flowers didn’t turn up! Had to chase the business who blamed the courier. Then had to remind them about my complimentary vase and then waited a further 4 days for delivery. A very poor experience

We pride ourselves on providing friendly and efficient customer service. We can see that when you contacted us on Saturday about the missing delivery a team member immediately arranged for a a replacement box and vase to be sent out at the earliest available date of Tuesday and confirmed this for you in a responding email.

With regards to the vase the team member did arrange for the vase as well but we apologise for any confusion caused in the phrasing of the email.

Again we do apologise that you didn't enjoy your experience with us and we do hope you enjoy the flowers and vase.

Not a great experience

The product is fine - the shopping experience was not.

First sent the wrong product - a plastics bucket! Then they wouldn’t despatch the correct product until they had received the other one back despite it being their error. I had to continually chase them as there was no proactivety on their part. Not a great experience and I won’t be using them again for this type of product.

Quality product, poor service

Quality of the product is excellent. Unfortunately the service provided by TM Lewin is not so good. They use something called Hub box to advise when an Online order is ready for collection. More often than not I have had to send emails to the service team as they forget to either despatch the product or do not bother emailing you to say it has arrived. In this digital age, not brilliant

Excellent service

I had to replace a 2 lever rebated sashlock on an internal door. The advice given on the phone by the Safe team member on a Saturday afternoon was superb. Excellent customer service and it fitted perfectly when it arrived in line with the timescales qouted on the order. First class service from start to finish. Thank you.
