My 15 yr old westie/JR has only changed over to Butterbox wet food in the last week. What a difference!! She usually leaves some of her previous wet food but not now! Every morsel is eaten and she is always hopeful of more! I love the variety they provide and clearly so does Skye! Her poo is much more ‘normal’ now, firm and more regular. Although the food is more expensive, there is no waste and the natural ingredients (no additives) are clearly making a difference, to my dog anyway. Delivery was double quick and packed really well. My only ‘niggle’ is that there is no indication of weight on the pouches themselves or in the booklets included in the delivery pack?? You need to go into your account to find out?!?
Anyway, my dog loves your food!!!👍

I live in one of three sheltered accommodation blocks within a complex. My parcel was left OUTSIDE my block which has a keypad for delivery drivers to call the relevant flat. Obviously the driver did not do this as I was in my flat at the time (early morning). Luckily a neighbour saw the parcel and brought it to my door!! This is not the first time this has happened with Yodel. It seems to be a regular occurrence that parcels are just left outside our blocks for ANYONE to find rather than call the relevant flat number and gain access for delivery. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP !!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Littlewoods for many years and have always found their delivery and return service excellent. I shop online and like their webpage. Its easy to order items whether you choose to collect or have the item delivered, they keep you up to date on delivery etc. If I was to have a moan, I would like more fashion suitable for mature women without it being 'fuddy duddy' !!!! Although I am in my 70's, I like to dress fashionably but suitable for my age (i.e. clothing that flatters older arms and tummies!!!). This is one direction I would hope Littlewoods to take up in the near future.

Have always found Hermes very accurate in advising delivery times because of their tracking system. Very easy to use and always accurate. Makes it very easy to plan your day around a delivery. Frequently have parcels delivered from Hermes and I know their delivery man, Balhar, will go out of his way to accommodate delivery and he knows who to deliver to if I am not in, for any reason. I also have parcels delivered from Yodel and have found them to be totally unreliable in their delivery advise, compared with Hermes.

I live locally and have been several times to the Everest. This last time was with my sister who just loves their pickle tray, so we had their light, crispy pappadums with the pickle tray for starters. The food was delicious as usual and doggy bag was required for the remainder!! Nice, non intrusive, service and good house red wine.. Looking forward to next visit!! Best Indian food in the area!!!!
