Do not buy anything from this website

Do not buy anything from this website, it is a scam. The website does not make it clear which country they are based in, or where the products are made. I was under the impression it was US from the tracking info and the many weeks it took to reach me, but actually their returns address is in China, despite them saying via email its shipping is in the UK. This leads me to believe - and from the quality of material - it is actually creating products under cheap labour in China. The website also says its packaging is "eco-friendly", but it is wrapped in plastic twice, there is nothing eco-friendly about it. It also states it employs sustainable practices in shipping methods, but then proceeds to ship from China all over the world, and with no evidence of what sustainable practices they employ. I will be reporting this greenwashing to the UK consumer markets authority.
The website also states quick easy returns within 30 days. there is absolutely nothing that is easy about the returns process. they hide the return address and information, no doubt so that you can omit the information stated in point 1. the fact that I have had to pay £25 to track and return this back to China is beyond ridiculous, and I'm now out of pocket because of this and its false marketing of product quality and location. I am still awaiting my refund...

Comfort in sustainability

A bit on the smelly side - but aren't all dog treats? My Pickle baby loves the Cod Fingers and especially enjoy them being MSC certified - knowing my dog's treats come from a sustainable source.
