Excellent service. When a small problem arose over delivery that wasn't their fault, their wonderful people couldn't do enough to help.
The product was as billed, a fair-ish price and invaluable on the sidelines of rugby pitches where my grandson spends most of his time these days.
Highly recommended.

The socks are fine. They're overpriced for what they are and there not going to last but they are an interesting design and some thought has gone into the construction of them and the materials they're made from.
Where this company really excels is that they are very fast. Ordered on a bank holiday Sunday, they arrived on the following Tuesday. They never get anything wrong.
They don't really have fat old guys in mind when they brainstorm their target clientele, but I like a lot of their stuff and I've grown to trust them.

I'm sure they'd feel better not having old gits like me using them, but, hey ho, they had my beloved grand dad trainers in stock, in my size and on offer. Plus, said trainers arrived in great shape in next to no time. I'll keep quiet about it but I think they're a great company to deal with.

It needs a lot of thought before buying their stuff- it's right on the edge of my price range- but the clothes I received are very well made, exactly what I imagined and look like they will last a long time.

They are pretty bloody good. My shirt arrived the next day and it is excellent. The fit is a little tight around my old guys pot belly but the materials and the make are fabulous. Highly recommended, but cut back on the pies even for the regular fit.

The order was exactly right. They are tending to the pricey end of the scale but their promotions are genuine and substantial.

They're pretty good overall but, if you need an item for a particular event check it's actually in stock.
I waited until the item I wanted was, at least according to their website, but it wasn't.
There's a lot of this flogging stuff you don't actually have going on and Brook Taverner are not an exception.

I am sorry to hear there was a delay in your order arriving, unfortunately the jacket was not in stock when the order was placed and the incorrect due in date was displayed due to a technical issue.
Unfortunately the jackets were held by HMRC customs which was caused the delay and this was completely out of our control.
As soon as stock arrived into us these were despatched on a priority basis.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused and I do hope this does not put you off ordering with us in the future.

Looks like they're back to their old ways. Placed an order on May 6th. As of five minutes ago it's still marked 'order received'. Two weeks to take a couple of T shirts off a shelf and put them in a padded envelope?
Even that wouldn't be so bad but not a word from them.

The reason we have been unable to delivery your parcel as of yet is because the Odlo Men'S Millennium Element T-Shirt is coming from the supplier themselves, resulting in a delay on the order.

Review of British Gas
Had smart meters installed. They don't work. The monitor display doesn't work. It doesn't show gas usage.
Engineer left before checking the installation was functioning properly.
Now completely unable to monitor my energy usage and try to control our appalling gas bill.

I placed my order in September and it was delivered in November.
Just don't assume that they actually have what they're offering for sale and certainly don't need it in a hurry.

Unfortunately these were not in stock when the order was placed. These were then delayed coming into our warehouse.
