Refunds are given as Store Credit

I purchased few things on the website and unfortunately one of them didn't work out. I was able to get a refund on them, however I was given store credit instead (odd, but whatever). I was ok with this as StackSocial has some neat deals. However, you cannot apply promo codes if you are using store credit which really ruins how you make purchases as the promo codes then to give huge discounts. This has ruined the way I purchase things on the website and it's better to pay with cash + promo code as you get bigger savings making the purchase worth it.

If you ever request for a refund, DO NOT ACCEPT STORE CREDIT! REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND -- DO WHATEVER IT TAKES! Even dispute it with the credit card you've used! This is completely unacceptable!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you for…

I just want to say a HUGE thank you for allowing people to cancel their memberships easily and conveniently online instead of coming in the premises during the COVID-19 pandemic. My spouse and I are vulnerable with severe asthma and it would be very inconvenient for us to use the gym. I am willing to come back again in the near future with possibly upgrading to a better membership tier. Thanks again!

I'm not going to lie, your gyms are great!

Review of Clearcover

Made a switch after being with eSurance for 15 years! I am extremely satisfied!

Clearcover has been extremely great! Unfortunately a few months after I signed up, someone hit my spouses car that was parked in the street. I immediately called Clearcover and they were able to resolve the issue and I was able to get my vehicle repaired! It was very quick and I was shocked how actively responsive they were! I had eSurance previously and they took weeks to get back even after calling back several times!

I was with eSurance for more than 15 years. I was extremely hesitant to switch to ClearCover, since there isn’t any brand presence. But I am extremely satisfied of the service they’ve provided, more emphasis on how active they were!

I am happy to know that my vehicles are covered!!!
