Slow claim handling with a happy end
On the 13.05.2021 I have bought a new Napoleon grill for around 3.500kr. at Bauhaus. Not even one month later it began rusting and when I complained about this, Bauhaus forwarded the claim to Backyard Living (Napoleon distributor) for Denmark, who never solved it.
When I deal with Bauhaus, I want to solve my problems with Bauhaus...
EDIT: Great reaction to my trustpilot feedback! Big thanks to Katja and Aleksander from Bauhaus Valby. Katja reached out to me and confessed having no information about my case - so it must have been in the limbo for two years inbetween Bauhaus and Napoleon. She offered that I could come by with the grill and get a replacement with the same or a different model. In the end, Aleksander from the garden department took the time, showed and explained me various models. After my Napoleon experiences I ended up chosing Weber as replacement. Now I have a grill, hopefully with less rust and headaches. I am very happy for the solution, but would have wished it would not have taken almost two years.
