No idea where my parcel has been left

parcel delivered, but where to? I have to go round to all my neighbours to find out as no delivery card left and confirmation email just says it was delivered to my house (it wasn't) this is not the first time I've had this problem

Products not received

Didn't realise Hermes were the delivery company else I wouldn't have ordered anything. As ever, they attempted (and failed) delivery on 3 consecutive week days when I wasn't at home and then returned the products as undelivered

Awful

Awful. Have just had to pull out of a property purchase after 3 months (leaving me homeless) because of the apparent lack of urgency and the inability of the conveyencer to pick up the phone and speak to his counterpart. Weeks of occasional email communication, asking for the same information to be resent, when the actual issue was that the conveyencer required more information (he didn't ask for that, he just said he hadn't received anything!)

Communication and responsiveness off the scale. Vendors solicitor made clear my conveyencer didn't have a clue what he was doing. I've asked several times for the complaints procedure, and contact details of someone senior, but my requests have been ignored!

On the other hand, the girl dealing with my sale was quite good - and she was a trainee (get out while you can!!)
