7cups likened to Social media

No transparency into listener ratings, and the very system of listener ratings using a 5-star system is very one-dimensional. More criteria should be involved, instead of a generic 5-star system. Feedback to listeners is not immediately available - they constantly advertise you to join their coaching program, along with more verified listening programs, tests and etc... The passive-aggressive marketing of their courses and programs to listeners doesn't stop. Ratings are also biased, as they reflect the member's personal opinions. It should come to notice, that there is the concept of different therapeutic styles within listening skills, and that not everyone will fit the same cup.

UNCLEAR OFFERS and BAD RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS.

Requirements listed on their offers are very unclear. They need to really update and reword the qualifications for all of their offers. Additionally, their customer support doesn't give you hope, nor do they apologise for the inconvenience caused. They need to give their consumers more respect if they are to excel in their customer service.
