The courier rang door bell but had already left parcel and was almost in her car by the time I got to the door.
It wasnt left on step but tucked out of the way meaning I had to go out in the rain to collect. It would have been far better to wait a few seconds more for me to answer door, then she could have left it on the step (much better service). I suspect if I was out she would have left parcel with out us knowing about it
