Over the last two years, I have had two accounts with RCI bank. Given the recent high interest rates, government insurance, and connection to the French Renault company, it seemed a reasonable decision to invest. I have found communications to be clear, and everything can be done online quickly saving time. So I am extremely pleased and looking forward to hopefully the same service going forward.

Everything as expected, excellent service. I ordered a belt driven air compressor and it was delivered on schedule. Soon after the order was completed, I received shipping details and was able to monitor the progress up to delivery (via DHL). Everything was as expected, assembly and operation was straight forward. Overall very pleased.

I reserved a car with this company because of advertising from Thomas Cook. Upon arriving at the airport I was dismayed to find a huge queue, but this was normal at Fuerteventura airport. However, I was not expecting to wait 3 hours to get a car, missing the appointment for my apartment reservation. I have never had a worse experience anywhere, and I travel a lot. Three agents could only manage to service 20 people in this time period, during which they ran out of cleaned cars and had customers waiting in the parking lot for cars to be returned and cleaned. Never again.
