I bought two quidditch kits for my daughters who have a Harry Potter day coming up in school. I thought these would be something different and can be worn again. They arrived parcelled up well, they were on offer and also had additional money off so a great bargain. Arrived quickly too.

Paid for the express delivery around tea time and came the next morning. Great service.

The bra was a bit tight but the guidance says that is expected. Today is the 2nd day of wearing the bra and it’s really comfortable. Will buy another one, just need to decide on the design.

I wish Matalan wouldn’t use Evri for delivery. I constantly have problems whenever I order for delivery. This time I didn’t receive my order when expected, checked the tracking which said the parcel was on its way back to the sender, no explanation as to why. Evri hadn’t tried to deliver it as someone was in all day and they normally leave it with a neighbour or try again another day. I finally got through on the chat to Matalan and apparently my parcel had been damaged and was sent back. Matalan can’t resend my items for some bizarre reason and have to give me a refund and then I have to reorder everything I ordered!

Quick delivery, kept updated all the way with texts/emails. Friendly driver.

Our perfect family home as first time buyers, totally ruined by being mid-sold a leasehold property that will cost us thousands more than its worth to buy back as they sold the lease on to greedy third party companies without us knowing. Also a tonne of stupid covenants along with it that we didn't know about when buying. Totally untrustworthy company and sales representatives.
