Amazing customer care and product knowledge.

I purchased a Grill Dome Infinity X2 in May 2024. I have had lots of use out of it since then and have generally found it to be excellent and a solid performing BBQ. This summer there were a couple of issues with it which I reported. John & Paul were so helpful and went above and beyond to sort it out advising that Grill Dome have an excellent warranty and that the issues although very rare were covered. They kept me updated and sorted it quickly and efficiently without any issues. I buy all my supplies from the shop in Sidcup and will continue to do so.

Needed some no show trainer socks that didn’t slip into the depths of my shoe as soon as I started moving. These seem to have done the trick. They are comfortable and stay in place even when I’m training.

As usual Octopus customer services are excellent. Nikki was very friendly and explained my initial query regarding my bill. She was very knowledgable and advised me on a couple of different tariffs that might save me money.

Heat link went off line on Thursday BOXT sent their engineer on Friday morning. Excellent service. Sean H turned up on time, was polite and sorted out the issue very quickly. Did a neat job and left the area tidy as he found it. Would definitely recommend and consider using them again.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Faris of Verisure. He turned up on time, was extremely polite and knew exactly how to fix the issues we had with our alarm system. He was also willing to look at some further issues with our Arlo cameras and sorted those out as well as adding an additional tamper sensor. Very good knowledgeable engineer.

Although a little pricey these are great quality shorts! I like the fit and comfort but I love the colour range!

Similar story! Arrived in completely different packaging to what was shown on the website, which arrived very badly damaged. I didn’t realise it was coming from the USA otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. Very disappointing! Don’t waste your money!

Outstanding Service! Contacted Clinicalclean to ask about cleaning a room that I had been caring for a sick member of family in following their recovery. They responded immediately and arrived promptly and were very thorough they explained the process well and did exactly what was required. Would definitely use them again.

Found a branded good value for money tyre which was fitted by a friendly tyre fitter near me.

They look good, they feel well made but the outdoor sole just doesn’t work for me. The securing poppers keep coming undone and I’ve had to go back to my local shop twice after getting home and realising that I’d dropped one of my soles. Not sure I’d buy another pair considering how expensive they are.
