Terrible company and product, pack delaminated after a couple of years use, complained to Osprey, when they eventually replied, they said it was normal.
I have had packs from Aldi last longer.

Shocking service, complaint under review, job not completed yet I'm still receiving an invoice from British Gas.
Avoid at all costs!

Shocking service, waited in all day for third visit from homecare plumber who once again never showed.
Contacted homecare who promised a call from an engineer today, no call received.

Avoid British Gas homecare at all costs, the service is shocking with absolutely no chance of complaining.
Customer service is based in South Africa and does nothing to address the complaints.

British Gas homecare is a disgrace, DO NOT TAKE OUT A POLICY WITH THEM, use a local gas safe engineer instead.
