I took the new glasses in to my regular eye doctor store and they found that one of the new lenses from CoolFrames was installed on an angle that affected my line of sight. They thought about adjusting the lens but realized that would make it worse. They were also slightly off of the prescription I ordered. Unfortunately, I also found that my overall prescription wasn't right so these glasses aren't going to work for me. No one really did anything wrong, they just didn't do it right.

Thank you so much for your order with our store, the lenses W2+ varilux purchased from our store are completely insured for any defects or any and all Rx changes and adjustments for 90 days of lens purchase. we would be more then happy to change the Rx for you to ensure you seeing well and receive the product you have paid for. we try 100% of the time to make the product as ordered if we have made an error we will most definitely provide a replacement. please contact our office and provide the replacement Rx for lens adjustment redo.
