Placed an order 9/24/2024 and per tracking, it's been in "label created" status for over 3 weeks now. It's fine they don't want to ship it, but when it came to getting a refund, the support rep I spoke to said they had to contact FedEx and open a claim. What does that have to do with me? I never received my product. It was never shipped or delivered. Shouldn't I get my money back regardless of what FedEx says? I've shopped through Tilly's for years and this will be the last time
