Placed an order 9/24/2024 and per…

Placed an order 9/24/2024 and per tracking, it's been in "label created" status for over 3 weeks now. It's fine they don't want to ship it, but when it came to getting a refund, the support rep I spoke to said they had to contact FedEx and open a claim. What does that have to do with me? I never received my product. It was never shipped or delivered. Shouldn't I get my money back regardless of what FedEx says? I've shopped through Tilly's for years and this will be the last time

STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

They won't properly process my refund. Waiting 10+ business days for a 26USD refund. They told me to contact my bank and won't look into it. I now have to go through my bank's fraud protection service to get a refund. Terrible and fraudelant

GREAT quality of hair

I've been using my pair every day for around 4 months now, and they are still extremely soft and shiny. I am really happy I made the decision of going with Luxy for my first pair of hair extensions and I can't wait to purchase their seamless set next!
