At the moment its early days yet however I ordered a Smok Nord Vape kit yet as it was £20 I had to order another £5 worth of goods for free delivery. I ordered two Vape Juices yet these were £2.95 each and that was apparantly at a discounted rate. So the drop to 4 stars is because its quite pricey but since ordering I got an email notification almost instantly with the details of the order. If it doesnt show or tunrs up later than expected then I will change this review. For now it seems legitimate.
They have a membership type scheme that supposedly builds up rewards for being loyal. One perk of getting to Gold was a free hoodie. My issue here is I had no communication about the hoodie and when I contacted then I got an excuse at first about being made then I simply got ignored. Poor customer service, won't be using these guys again. I have a screenshot of our WhatsApp message but can't seem to upload it to Trustpilot

What an unpleasant shock. I bought what looked like a nice large bunch of flowers which included red roses and Freesia for valentines. Also paid £5 extra for the vase. Flowers turned up practically dead and look like a small child picked a few flowers from the local meadow. Vase is a very cheap plastic. Never using these again would of been better getting them from a local petrol station!

The bouquet that you have ordered is one of our couriered items, which is delivered in bud to ensure its freshness and protection on its journey. Once received, the flowers will need to have freshly cut stems and be placed in water with flower food. After a couple of days, we expect the flowers to bloom and resemble the advertised image. Information as to where this might occur is displayed on our website.
If once the flowers have bloomed, the bouquet still does not resemble the advertised image on our website, please kindly send us a photograph of the bouquet and our team will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.
I enquired about an office space online on their site and asked for some details via email only. I then recieved 46 calls over the next few days including Sunday! As I had got 4 calls almost instantly after enquiring I felt something was off and blocked the number. Still get calls today. Reading other reviews I am glad I had a bad feeling and didnt pursue or even answer their calls! I would never use them myself after that.
Ordered a car battery for a Ford Focus as these guys were cheaper than Halfords and if I paid extra so I could get next working day delivery. The car was on a road beside a workplace so I needed it asap. I placed the order on a Saturday and although hopeful for a delivery on Monday I did assume it would likely be Tuesday. On Tuesday around 3pm I got a text from DHL to say my delivery was expected to arrive on Thursday! I had to go to Halfords and pay again for another battery and called carparts4less to cancel my order and refund me. The person tried to convince me to keep the order and said it is likely to be delivered Wednesday not Thursday, I had to explain I want this order cancelled as I had to go buy another from elsewhere as I couldn't wait. They said they would however they can't until they receive the part back and that I have to refuse delivery. I then got an email the following day saying refund confirmed and paid to my card, when I checked it was just the cost of the delivery. I called again and they said they will refund the cost of the battery once they receive it back (This is understandable) A week later still no news, call up and get told that its still with DHL and I should get an email end of the week (its Tuesday currently) with confirmation they have received the part and will start my refund. I was not happy so I wrote a review and I got an instant call and email asking what went on. They have since sorted my refund out very quickly and would investigate internally what happened. Its only 4 stars because I did have this issue however service was in the end very good and I would use them again.
*Update*, Since they removed their initial borderline agressive response when I first wrote this review and have replied again just now, quite some time after I left this review it goes to show their attitude overall. As for the consistent late payer comment which I am dubious if they are allowed to discuss that, I paid on the same date every month, happy to provide proof to anyone who needs it. My review is based on my personal experience which is all true. The worst storage company I have ever come across. Firstly the "size" calculator is very misleading, then they put you in a unit with roof beams cutting through the middle further reducing the size. There was many units empty on the ground floor and first floor yet if you take their "promotional offer" they will place you at the furthest point away from the entrance on the top floor. They also increase your pricing multiple times without warning even after the promotional rates ended. When I called they said they "posted" this information yet when they want payment they can email and call? The increase happened 2 or 3 times within 12 months! I also tried to change payment to monthly as everyone these days are paid monthly and they wanted to charge a fee to do this. They invoice you 2 weeks before your rental period starts and expect it to be paid within a week before the rental period starts, they do not allow 14 or 30 days to pay the invoice and instead charge a late fee. They also charge for not paying by direct debit. Avoid this company at all costs and go to a reputable storage company that don't consistently try to rip you off and make it impossible to cancel the account. Oh and they also claim my unit was not cleared out or unlocked. I have requested they check their CCTV as I even waved my lock infront of the CCTV to prove its unlocked. I am sure they will claim the CCTV was "under maintenance" or something similar when they respond. Stay away, it really is not worth the headaches and extortionate rates and hidden fees.

Andrew, We're very frustrated by this review, it is very inaccurate and verging on libellous. I will address your points raised: - The promotional offer is open to all rooms and we provide you with what is available at the time. - We would never change a price without warning and we changed it once during your stay and we did send you an email regarding this more than 28 days before it came in to effect. - There appears to have been some confusion over payment you were a consistent late payer, choosing your own date to pay rather than the date specified. You may have paid regularly but not when the bill was due (every 28 days). We only ask you to pay on time, when your bill was due, not early. - There is no charge for paying monthly, you just needed to pay up to the date you wanted to change to. - You can cancel your account over the phone or by email so again I don't understand your point. - We did not remove an earlier review, we posted the same reply on another platform and had only just noticed this reply as we do not see Trustpilot as a reliable review platform. I hope other customers will read all the other genuine reviews on other platforms where we don't have to pay to use it and make their own mind up as to your situation here. Took the offer of a free Platinum Wedding Anniversary Coin and just paid postage. They took the postage money but then three months later after chasing I am still waiting and just had an email saying they are having delays and will take a further 28 days. Clearly a Con and I will be cancelling the order and requesting a refund immediately.
Will also be seeking the Directors address and writing there just to be sure I get noticed.
