I took my bike in on the 12th for…

I took my bike in on the 12th for repair of freewheel hub and was told to pick it up on the Thursday then I recieved email changing my date to Sunday and now I've just received another email today saying that it will be ready by Saturday the 26th I am pig sick of this because I was on the phone to halfords not 1hr before the email and she told me she'd spoken to the mechanic and he said he was working on it now and would get a call today to say come pick it up I just spent 150 at this store in December and I will never ever use this store nor any other halfords again I suffer with mental health issues and my bike is what helps me cope with it and what's more I told the technician that I suffer mental health and what my bike means to me but halfords just don't seem to care

Signed up for 18 month contract with…

Signed up for 18 month contract with these I've made 18 payments and because I'm leaving they're now billing me double the price of my contract at my contract end date as payment 19 they're taking money from my benefits that I use for my food and all they say is I can get the money back as an overcharge in the mean time I have to do without food until they give me the money back and they then had the cheek to offer me another contract deal this is by far the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with I recommended every single person who is with talk talk to get the hell out and anyone thinking of signing up really don't do it, and to the guy who replied to this review read the damn review I didn't end contract half way through it was contract end date you're a dispicable company that takes advantage of people, I have mental health issues and you've given no help or regards to the stress you are causing me by taking money so that I can't eat so don't comment when you have no idea what you're talking about Karl I had 18 month contract and have made 18 payments yet you want to take 53.33 final payment for a contract that has ended after 18 payments made

Hi Nev, when a cancellation is placed, if this is mid way through a billing period, it is not unusual to receive the final bill 30 days after the cancellation has completed. Great speeds poor signal

The speeds are fantastic and solid there is an issue with signal strength so please order the youmesh for the extra 7 quid and you'll be perfect, I spoke with customer service today a woman called fen and she was great, very nice and answered all my questions, seemed like she actually knew what she was talking about

Great quality cameras

I've bought 5 of these cameras and recommended 4 friends and family to buy these cameras too as I found them to be very good at an amazing price on amazon the quality of the camera is fantastic and the colour night view is so much better than infra red, 2 way audio is good, connectivity to broadband is quite strong too.

Great company would happily use again and again

Bought a 3+1 lucca Italian sofa and chair and I love them, just been delivered today and the quality is fantastic, sofa and chair were perfectly protected during transit with heavy duty protection covers, my delivery was a couple of days late but that's no problem to me in this day and age what with covid and whatnot, I will happily use this company again for my next sofa, the delivery guys were friendly and helpful and kept in touch when they couldn't make it, thank you for my sofa guys, I love it

Amazing sound from the speakers with…

Amazing sound from the speakers with the subwoofer but with my purchase was a gift card for a free Bluetooth speaker and when I went to claim it they said they were out of stock and could I wait 30 days, of course I said no problem, however 30 some days later I emailed again and now they say sorry not in stock and don't know when will be back in stock, how would you like £3.62 instead, Hah laughable, here's some advice bomaker stop promising free gifts of things you don't have

Very nice takeaway

First time I've ordered from here but it won't be the last, my delivery was within 15 min and the food was fantastic, the house special fried rice was cooked to perfection as was the king prawn chicken curry, chicken felt like it just melted in my mouth will become a regular with new royal garden that for sure

Very poor experience I ordered a…

Very poor experience I ordered a playsuit for my fiance and when it arrived we noticed a frayed split down one side so I asked my aunt who's a professional seamstress to repair it and she did however she told me that it was made from very old material that had probably been sat in a moist warehouse, surely enough 2 days later there are more tears and frays all over the playsuit if I could award no stars I would, ppl don't buy from this company they use rotten material, the site and delivery time was very good but this playsuit is falling to pieces

Bought a pink s8 in good condition it arrived with a scratch on the screen and I returned it, took 3 days using their return slip still hadn't heard anything 2 days after they received it so I bought a new phone elsewhere,service could be a bit faster but they refunded my money without any problems

Firstly, I do apologise the item you received was not fit for purpose. We do advise a device bought in 'Good' condition may show moderate signs of wear and tear. We apologise you were not satisfied with the cosmetic condition.

The returns label provided to you was a 48 hour tracked one, meaning it can take 2-3 working days for a parcel to be delivered back to our returns depot. From this location, it needs to be transferred over to our warehouse.

I can see your return arrived within our warehouse 5/03/20 and you received email correspondence from our Returns Department to confirm receipt of the item.
