My recent experience with Rype was very good. I complained about an autopay and they agreed to refund what I no longer wanted to use. However I think the service needs to make it easier to modify/cancel its services and should send reminders about large upcoming payments. i.e. when a customer is signed up for large prepayments. Overall I have loved my teachers on Rype and strongly suggest you try as many as you like (respectfully) until you find the right fit for your personality and needs.

Oliver was extremely helpful in finding me appropriate places and had a high quality of accommodations within my budget range. He was prompt at contacting me with new offers and returning calls and a pleasure to deal with. I ended up finding an apartment through a different agency but my experience with Oliver was one of the best ones I had with agents in London.
