I am very disappointed with CCleaner support.

I was considering purchasing the Pro version. However I got a possible virus warning from my virus checker. This was probably a false positive.

I wanted CCleaner support to confirm whether it was or was not before I purchased.

I got a message back saying they would be in touch within 48 hours. I was given a reference number.

After waiting a number of days with no reply. I sent a second email to support with the reference number and full details.

Yet again no response! After another 10 days I am sadly leaving a negative review here.

I very rarely leave negative reviews!

I will never purchase the pro version of CCleaner in the future.

You have lost me as a customer!

I believe that Trustpilot takes contributors seriously. They always try to remove any "fake" reviews before they are published.

The service they provide is very useful for the majority of people who visit the site.

Hopefully Companies with negative reviews will consider improving their own standards.

Alan was extremely helpful and displayed an admirable technical knowledge re the product. His help was a primary reason for choosing CyberPower to purchase my new desktop computer, rather then larger Companies.

His clear concise explanations are a massive contrast to some other Companies, who's so called "experts" are difficult to reach.

Furthermore, some I spoke to had limited technical knowledge. As an example, one of them did not know if the computer I was enquiring about had air, or water cooling!
