Thank you for posting the review, and I'm sorry to know this.

Store staff are expected to test/evaluate all the items before they buy them to make sure that it's working fine, and fit to sell further. One of the most important parameters in the testing process is to remove any previous account/data from the device wherein we first request the customers to reset the item to factory settings, and we then do another courtesy check.

Unfortunately, this appears to have been overlooked here, and this review will be forwarded to the sourcing store management team so that their operating procedures can be reassessed.

As per the records, I see that the order has been refunded which is good to see.
