Alex worked with me on several different options and we discussed what could be added on later.
Our WIFI is very slow and he was patient helpful as I SLOWLY walked through downloading the apps and setting up the configurations.
If I could make one suggestion, the service person should be provided a small vacumn to clean up the drilling dust. He did use mine but it would be helpful to him and homeowner if he had been provided one of his own.
He provided me with all the followup contact info and I look forward to working with him further in the future.
