Things went overall well till my policy was under AXA. Last year it was transferred under API (a giant local provider in China), with delays of many months to complete the transfer and receive reimbursements incurred in between. Not pleasant, but I understand how complicated a transfer like that can be.
However, this year the list of high-cost providers suddendly shot from 3 to 16 (!), with no explanation whatsoever - and that's on top of the usual steep increase of the premium.
Basically I found myself forced to switch to an even higher-premium version of the policy, so to cover the above. Felt rather unfair.
