Ordered a Polar Fleece-Lined Knitted Jacket which arrived within the stated delivery times. Jacket is very well made and fits just right. Very pleased that it doesn't have elasticated cuffs. I hate these! My only comment is that it could do with a 'chunkier' zip. Trying to do the zip up with cold hands is very difficult! A 'chunkier' one would be easier to use. But this minor irritation doesn't detract from what is a very well made, very warm and very well fitting jacket. Very pleased with it and the service. So much so that my wife has ordered three items from the 'women's' brochure. Thank you!!
