After purchasing my 2nd beautiful full…

After purchasing my 2nd beautiful full length Elena mirror from William Woods, I was sent a Thank You Email which included a 25% off my next purchase ! So I'm already measuring up a space for my 3rd purchase.

Just to note: easy choosing, easy payment, continuous updates about despatch and delivery. Delivery Driver carries out delivery 100% to instructions.

Brilliant customer service.

Brilliant customer service.

I was unable to obtain a,1st customer 10% discount, I proceeded with my purchase and then contacted Andola Customer Services, Jamie responded very swiftly saying not a problem and they kindly refunded the discount straight to my account.

Ordered items on 29th October and received items 31st October.

Great service all round.

Just what I wanted 🤍

Ordering was super easy along with payment, even received a reduction for first time purchase, which was an absolute bonus !

I ordered the whitewashed Elena mirror, which looks lovely on my wall as you walk down the stairs.

Very easy to hang.
Delivery & communication was brilliant. Could contact William Wood via wattsapp and received instant updates.

Delivery is 7 days a week, driver delivered to me on a Sunday morning at 7am ! Driver was very respectful of my property.

A brilliant service all round.

Very polite

Very polite, efficient and courteous driver and helper, extremely professional. Very respectful of property.
Updates on the Tracker & from the Driver were exceptional and kept the receiver of the delivery updated too.
Would highly recommend and use again.
Very reasonably priced too.

Ordered a pair of boots in store

Ordered a pair of boots in store, paid for it, told it would be delivered 5-7 days by the shop assistant.
Waited patiently nothing by day 7.
Day 8 received an email to say my order was cancelled and due to the monies already having been taken, I would receive the money straight back into my account. No money received as outlined in their email to me.
Frustrated I went online to find a Customer Services Number, first time I called they answered then hung up on me. 2nd time calling I managed to speak to a representative, who proceeded to tell me that needed to go back to the shop I ordered them from for a refund !! when their email clearly states/stated I would receive an automatic refund into my account.

I was then informed that my nearest store was 10miles away, 10miles yes, but at least a 30minute drive there and a 30 minute drive back !
The Representative tried to help by offering to do a Bacs payment but that this could take 20 days to receive payment as it had to go to Finance for sign-off then onto the Director for authorisation!
● 8 days to tell me my order is cancelled.
● 33 days out of pocket.
● No response whatsoever to my 2
previous emails.

Poor Trading Standards, Customer Care has fallen well and truly below that expected of a reputable company.

Message to Directors: Get out of your offices, pull up your sleeves and work alongside your workers to sort this mess out.
I'm not alone in my complaints by reading the number of poor reviews left by customers.

Disappointed to say the least.

Please ensure my refund is returned to my bank account forthwith.

Purchased a beautiful Range Rover…

Purchased a beautiful Range Rover Evoque in August.
Whilst driving home Service light came on, alarms going off. I didn't know what was happening. Turns out all 4 tyres had the wrong air pressure, pretty scary when it's the first time you've driven the vehicle.
Broken button on the dash board, been waiting a few weeks for it to come in. Lookers have cancelled 3 times for the vehicle to go in as it's still on back order. They have promised to pick up and drop off when they do eventually get the part.
Have been very patient so far.

Item not due in until 20 12 18 some 4 months after purchase ! (and that's if it comes in )
Disappointed to say the least !
Happy to take your money and fill you with spiel, but once you've signed on the dotted line and have taken delivery, you receive pretty shoddy aftercare.
