Wow Fabio the delivery driver always goes that extra mile for this company polite always delivers the parcels to the door by far one of there best drivers working for dpd I have a lot of parcels delivered he’s by far the best

Try delivering expensive parcels to peoples door’s especially as there’s a lift to the property not leave in a hallway for anyone to steal very disappointed dpd always deliver to my door

I have been waiting three weeks since…

I have been waiting three weeks since my return to get my refund the only answer that keeps coming bk is they will contact the relevant department this is totally unexceptionable they have had there goods back for over three weeks yet no refund

Your previous delivery drivers who…

Your previous delivery drivers who always deliver here bring to my door and take a photo but today this lazy driver just couldn’t be bothered even though there’s a lift to bring him to my door I order a lot of expensive items and don’t appreciate him leaving my parcel in a communal area I was only praising your company yesterday then the driver today changed my mind I have difficulty walking most days so I was not impressed with your driver today

Initially had a few problems with the Philips tv purchased from Richard sounds dispite Philips not being at all helpful Richard sounds were more than happy to replace the tv if we required we were contacted by paddy from Richard sounds who did his upmost to rectify the situation we would definitely use this company again but not for a Philips brand tv excellent customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service…

Absolutely fantastic customer service iv ever experienced my sofa was delivered but was not the material I had hoped for this was changed to my specification without any questions asked this company could not do enough to resolve it I was kept informed everyday and my new sofa was delivered exactly how I visioned it the sofa is beautiful very comfortable and well made after delivery the nxt morning I received a follow up call just to make sure everything was to my likening if all stores were like these guys there would never be any complaints very very happy customer thank you primal furnishings

Took so long to come items were very…

Took so long to come items were very small for size some were poor quality and it’s a absolute nightmare to return goods iv never had so much trouble trying to return items plus your charged 4-5 pound to return which I feel is a cheek especially when your returning clothes that are not sized properly all I can advise is always go up two sizes especially in shorts and dresses
