Bought Xbox but did not work and had to…

Bought Xbox but did not work and had to make vid to send and after 2 days no reply. Rubbish product, rubbish service was advised would be contacted in 24 hours. Tried calling but no reply.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, avoid. At all costs.
Damaged my existing internet and been. Without internet for 4 days as I work from home. Called 4 days in a row to be told scripted rubbish over and over from a foreign call centre, then lied and signed up to dongle but that turned out to be a lie aswell.
