I ordered my laptop on the 8th September, had to ring customer services, as the order status was not updating.
The advisor I spoke to was extremely RUDE and unhelpful.
This made my experience with HP store and negative one.
Received my laptop on the 11th September, really happy with it so far.

Very helpful advisor, and the engineer arrived on time and resolved all issues presented to him professionally and in a friendly manner

Very poor communication and clarity on payment terms and conditions.
All was made clear after contacting LV on 5 separate occasions. The last advisor was helpful and did sort things out for me, which meant I cancelled my policy.
I have to add, the advisor was quite rude and argumentative at first.
I have 2 other policies with LV, which will be seriously looked at before renewal.

Excellent and prompt delivery service, they kept me informed throughout, and also called with half an hour before arrival.
They were very polite and professional.

After a lot of research we decided to order a tv console unit from pattens, there was also a 10% off offer which was an added bonus.
However when delivered, which I must add was a very quick turnaround, the item had many faults, scratches mainly and heavy marks.
After speaking to Pattens, they apologised and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent and collection of the damaged unit.
The Service was excellent and I was kept informed right up to the new delivery date.
I have scored 4 stars just because it arrived damaged.
Overall a very professional company.

The product was exactly what we required.

The shelves ordered are of a good quality, however I had a few issues when ordering and when the items were delivered, I was sent another customers shelf which took nearly 2 weeks to rectify after a number of phone calls and emails.
Overall a good product, but they need to makesure that what is being sent out from them is 100% correct.

This was my first order with UK Electrical, a very professional service, they kept me informed throughout, I will definitely order from them in the future.
The products ordered are amazing also.

Excellent products 3m x 3m Gazebo and delux carry bag, these are premium items sold at a very good price, similar items are being sold on other sites for a lot more.
I would recommend and purchase from xlmoto again.

Excellent hood quality product, i will be using Blinds direct again.

Ordered my blinds and was given a delivery date, a few days before delivery i had an email informing me of a delay, no date and no explanation.
I had to ring on 3 different occasions to get an update, after all the calls i was given a date, but the items turned up 3 days before and 2 weeks late.
The blinds were of excellent quality and i am very pleased with them.
However wasnt at all happy with the service and lack of communication from blinds direct.
