We do understand that you wish to receive your refund, but at the same time we cannot know or guarantee a certain date when you will receive it, especially since we cannot influence nor interfere with the airline company's handling time. Our team is closely monitoring your request, and we will email you once the refund is processed from our side which also has to be handled by an agent. In the meantime, please don't send multiple emails inquiring about your refund, as it only causes delays in our handling and response times.
