Aquagrand is a lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, the breakfast was really good but overall we didn’t feel that it deserves to be an “Indulgent Escapes” hotel! We have been to two other IE and they were both far superior to this one! The service at the beach bar was terrible, we always had to wait at least 15/20 mins for our drinks to arrive and when we dined at lunchtime they got our order wrong on most occasions, which really isn’t good enough! Because of this we were reluctant to try evening dining as we didn’t want to be disappointed further! But we did go to Zen Bar for Sushi on our last day and it was really good and the guy serving us was also very good. On other occasions when we went in for drinks only, again we had to wait too long to be served. This hotel lacks the special touches that really made our holiday at the other IE holidays! Overall our holiday wasn’t spoilt but because of these reasons we wouldn’t return to this hotel! Especially when you pay more for these holidays!
