Paid £11 for delivery slot and posted to next door even though I was in and door bell shows they didn’t come to my house. Email came through 1.5 hours after delivery slot ended

Review of Phoenix Gas Services
Have been with out heating now for 13 days have been told they were coming several times with no show and no text. We are logged as a vulnerable household but that doesn't seem to matter. Have lost earning as am unable to work in a cold house. Don't respond to messages left.
