At last back to regular courier who has no problem finding the correct address to deliver my parcels!!

I am so pleased to be able to give 5* again following a series of appalling cases where parcels were left at incorrect addresses which resulted in ME having to go searching around neighbourhood to find them! Hermes did not seem Interested in sending courier back to where he had left them - just said to claim from retailer which I think is wrong.

HOWEVER as always with regular courier , delivery to correct address and on time .

Once again delivered to wrong address despite clear instructions and photos of property and safe place to leave parcel!!!! No communication from Hermes re expected delivery. Found out delivery made(to wrong address) via retailer! Once again had to go on search to find my parcel! Getting beyond a joke !!!!
