Unsägliches Verhalten bei Reklamation - in Zukunft nicht mehr zu Famila!!

Unsäglich, was ein Kunde erleben kann, wenn er zwar im Recht ist, aber am Montagmorgen Mitarbeiter antrifft, die Kunden vergraulen: Am Samstag bei Famila Celle eingekauft, an der Kasse den Gutschein mit Kassenbon vom Tanken zur Bonuserstattung per Abzug vorgelegt. Dort sollte für das Getankte ein Bonusabzug von 2 Cent pro Liter abgezogen werden. Grosse Schlange, Geldwechselprobleme, also heim mit Kassenbon und kontrolliert. Kein Abzug zu entdecken. Also am Montag zur Reklamation, um den Bonus in bar auszahlen zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Info denkbar genervt, holt aber die Abrechnung hervor und sucht nach dem Tankbeleg. Nicht zu finden. Die Unterhaltung währenddessen unbeschreiblich, „ich will Ihnen ja nicht unterstellen, dass Sie mich beschummeln wollen“!!! Unglaublich, da stehe ich als Kunde, will reklamieren und soll beweisen, dass ich Samstag an der Kasse der Kassiererin diesen Tankbeleg übergeben habe! Unglaublich! Die Marktleiterin wird gerufen, ich beschreibe ihr den Vorgang, sie nimmt dazu kaum Stellung, weist darauf hin, dass ich ja inzwischen die paar Cent ausbezahlt bekommen habe. Keine Entschuldigung, kein vermittelndes Wort. Alle haben Recht und sind unschuldig, nur ich nicht, weil ich den Fehler reklamiert habe. Ich bin total empört über diese Art, so mit einem Kunden umzugehen. Das ist keine Kundenpflege, kein gutes Verhalten. Ein Kunde, der so behandelt wird, kehrt nicht wieder und nutzt alle anderen Supermärkte, die zahlreich in geringer Entfernung vorhanden sind. Ich werde diese Erfahrung auch noch an die Zeitung schicken. Ein Lehrbeispiel dafür, wie Kundenpflege NICHT aussehen sollte.

Six weeks for return payment of ring that was never posted

It was September 9 when a ring was ordered and paid for. The ring was never dispatched as it had the wrong size. NUMEROUS emails, letters, phonecalls from abroad, Trustpilot publications, Facebook - all in vain!! Only when Paypal opened the case and demanded reimbursement, the amount was paid on Oct 20!!!!!! Should I be grateful that it was paid at all? How pathetic for a customer service! Six weeks until money unduely kept was returned! I am very angry and will never in my life use this company again.

Happy to be your customer, Rocks and Co and Juwelo!

Wonderful company, first class service here in UK and Germany. Never had any problems, neither with returning and refunding nor with ordering by email long after close of sale. Always bought beautiful items, treasures in my box. I can recommend Rocksandco as well as Juwelo, their German sister company. I spent a lot of needle money with them.What a difference to TJC - read my reports on them, disgusting.

Ordered and paid but item was never dispatched, Paid but never got refund

Another nine days have passed since I got this message where instant help was promised. There is no money in my Paypal account. I will again publish this extreme behavior from their side to Trustpilot and others. I just cannot believe that nothing is happening except mails promising refunding.

I received a notification that my item was received. This is completely absurd because they never dispatched the item, I never received anything and now I get a mail saying “Your item has been received”, stating the order number of a ring that was never posted. They envisaged the refund within the next few days. The mail was dated seven days ago!

Paypal is working on my complaint. I hope a lot of future customers will read my complaint and make up their mind about this company. Never ever have I experienced anything like that.

I will NOT phone the call center again as this is long distance and adds to the costs incurred. Furthermore, not one of my calls showed any positive result.

ordered but never dispatched - paid but not refunded - Beware of fraud!!!!

My order was placed on Sept 9. The same day 204.98 GBP was paid by Paypal. As I had an inquiry a day later regarding resizing the ring, the order was never sent out from TJC. Cancellation of this order was never confirmed in writing. For four weeks I am trying to get a return of this sum into my Paypal account but nothing happened. I phoned twice long distance from abroad and spoke to someone from the callcenter. Help was advised but nothing happened. I send half a dozen of emails to contactus address but nothing happened either.
I am completely fed up with the service and will not wait any longer. How dare taking that long to return the money paid for something that was never posted? They advertise with a “30-day money back guarantee“ – where is this?
If my money is not returned by October 20, 2018 I will hand over the file to my solicitors.
At the same time I have informed Paypal and opened a case against the company. How will they gain happy customers content with the service when they simply don’t react to anything written or told by phonecalls??? I have been served to satisfaction by other companies like Gemporia or Rocksandco and spent a lot of money with them. This was the first time I tried TJC but you can be rest assured, it will be the last time.
