I ordered a beautiful ruby pendant which arrived within a good time (to the UK). The pendant was really well packaged and I also received a high quality gemmology book which came with the purchase. Great jewellers fair priced quality items will always shop here for special occasions.

I purchased a gift bracelet from this jewelry store for my friend's birthday, and I absolutely love it! The special packaging added an extra touch of elegance, and the fast delivery ensured it arrived on time.

I love silver jewellery and have lots of inexpensive pieces, I saw a ring on rocks and co and loved it so I went ahead and ordered unsure of what to expect. The delivery time was quick and I received a larger than expected box.I had a lovely book and ring.all I can say is wow,the quality is wonderful the packaging was lovely and over all its been a great experience. We have had approx 7 metres of worktop and 8 metres of full height upstands fitted and the materials and workmanship is first class. All the electrical fittings were correctly positioned, the under top sink looks great as does the hob. All rhe work was done in about half a day by two of the company’s fitters without any fuss and no mess. All in all a very good service, including dealing with the sales team and the survey.

I have bought a few rings from this company and been very pleased with them all. However what has made me write this review was the amazing customer service I received from Asif today. I had a beautiful opal ring and unfortunately one of the gems came out - they arranged for it to be repaired. However in transit back to them the ring has been damaged beyond repair. Asif called me to explain and has arranged for a full refund to me. He was excellent on the phone and the service I have received today is far superior to any other company. I will continue to use them because of this and highly recommend their products and amazing customer service!

I Placed an order on 14 th October 2022, for 3 rings, I haven’t received anything, you can’t track any order on the website or even find your order on your account, I haven’t had any up dates, I have emailed with no response and I have phoned them with no answer they just say they’re busy and cut you off, you can not speak to anyone !

After they saw this review the company rang me and said my order was still in Germany but the offered a full refund £159 which I received today 15th Dec and the offer of a 50% off voucher but I still believe they need to update there order tracking and updates on there website because I shouldn't have to get to the point of leaving a negative review to get a response and I believe I wouldn’t of heard anything or received any order had I not left this review

My grievance is with their website. I created an account so when I purchased something, I could keep tabs on it, unfortunately this wasn't the case. Purchases don't show up anywhere on the site, so you can't track it, nothing. Customer service could be better. Now the ring I ordered.... is absolutely beautiful, and I was really impressed with everything that came with the ring too. A lovely book about gems, really pretty, and very interesting! The ring has a certificate and came in a little box,well packaged! My daughter will love it, even wrapped up the book to go with it for Christmas!

I had a query pre purchase and written an email to customer service and had no response. I followed it up with another follow up email and no response. The phone lines are busy and annoying holding message. Imagine having issues and unable to contact them. I dropped the entire idea about purchase.

I recently ordered an item with Rocks and Co. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I was looking for so had to return but the return process was very fast and easy.

Wow this ring is amazing for the price. So pleased with and they were fast sending. Will be back again in future. Thankyou for the gem book that’s so interesting.

I purchased a ring for my sister. The delivery was time great especially for the bank holiday. I always got emails with updates and when it arrived everything was packaged very well and I got a booklet of gems and a gem book for free. The ring is so beautiful and everything that I expected.

Ordered a ring, didn't receive any emails regarding order, despatch etc. It eventually arrived, wasn't happy with it - the inside was very rough, uncomfortable to wear - so I returned it by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed to the German address advised to return it to. That was nearly 6 weeks ago, have emailed Rocks and Co twice and still no refund.

I am a new customer and purchased a beautiful russian diopside ring, there was also a lovely book on gems enclosed which I am so looking forward to reading, such a lovely touch and also a free ring sizer. I have to say that i was very impressed with everything and will certainly buy again and would highly recommend this company to all. Thank You

Poor customer service.
Never reply to the emails. Phone line constantly engaged.
Order and paid an item last 16/05/2022. Promised a delivery in 9 working days. Nothing happen. Just want my refund in full and no more deals in the future. Highly NOT recommended at all.
