I would have given - stars if they existed
I have been a costumer for over a year. When I won a small 50 euros price, I did not withdraw it, so that all of a sudden Lottoland wiped out all my balance for subscription that I havent done, and charging me multiple entries continuously to my credit card for over 100 euros additionally until I had to cancel my card so they cant continue charging
I have an open ticket for the incident for over a month and no one is replying. Thieves at the min to say !!! Stay away .

Edited after lottoland comment: are joking? I did contact you multiple times, and i posted even here the incident ticket number..your live chst is fake , no one is ever replying.

I probably should contact yiyr regulator if your Gibraltar licence is genuine at all

The staff is friendly, professional and dedicated.
