I recently had two fantastic support calls with the IONOS technical team, and I’m genuinely impressed. They walked me through exactly what I needed to do to solve a tricky situation that I had no idea how to handle on my own.

What stood out most was how quickly they answered the calls—no endless holding or annoying hold music. In a world where everyone’s busy, that kind of efficiency is a breath of fresh air.

Plus, their staff are total IT geeks in the best way possible—super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really personal in their approach. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping me out. Huge thanks to the IONOS team for making technical support such a smooth and pleasant experience!

The worst financial decision I made was using PayPal Credit. The lack of real-time banking means that arranged payments take a day to clear. If you’re on a tight budget, this could lead to bounced payments and a £12 late payment fee. My credit score has been negatively affected by these late payments. I recently managed to pay off the entire balance and close the account. I strongly advise against using it.

Molly was excellent on the phone with me, super supportive, and understanding when I explained our current financial situation, which was caused by my husband's brain surgery. Today, I received a bouquet of flowers and a card from Molly and the Octopus Team. I feel so humbled by this—what an amazing gesture! Thank you, Molly.
