Poor experience unfortunately. Purchased a treadmill from them and in less than two years, I’ve gone through four motors and a broken service board. Always fixed eventually but thank goodness for the 3 year warranty on the motors. Takes an age to get things rolling with them and even delivered the wrong motor on one occasion. Look elsewhere if I were you.

Great service every time. Considering the cost of the products the service is great. Products are of the quality you would expect for the price...the more you pay the better the quality. Returns and refunds are no problem. Delivery is slow but this is made clear when purchasing. Several products ordered and all as described.
