Went into Tesco, Chesterfield Road Mansfield yesterday and was served by a really lovely young man called Nyaz. He was both friendly and professional. He explained everything fully and I could understand everything. Would definitely recommend this young man 100% and wouldn't hesitate in using Tesco phone store again. Well done you are a credit to the company 👏

Brilliant from start to finish. Leaking bathroom taps were rectified quickly and professionally. Dale was a lovely man who certainly know his job.The booking agents were also polite and extremely helpful. Great job thankyou.

First of all if there had been a minus one star I would have used it
Ordered a program to be dispatched for a game which was played 8 days ago. Nothing!! 2 email sent, 1 reply more or less blaming the Royal Mail. Very quick to take your money but rubbish on their side of the bargain. For what they charge for delivery it should have been hand delivered. Don't both going here. Rubbish service 😑

I recently "won" a £5 evoucher on my Sparks account. Went into M/S today to spend it and it wouldn't take it even though it said on the screen of my phone that if you'd downloaded it then it would automatically be taken off your purchase at the till. My daughter was unable to use hers on line as well. I was so disappointed as was my daughter. Why say that you've won something if you can't use it.

Our order from HMV arrived as click and collect from our local store at Mansfield. It arrived on the date it said it would and as always the staff at that store are just lovely and helpful. Would definitely order again from there and would definitely recommend 👌

Excellent service would definitely recommend and use again

This is the second time I've ordered online from JTF. The first time we ordered furniture and the young man on the furniture department was quite frankly amazing. He was so helpful and ordered the item in store for us because quite frankly im useless on the internet. We got our delivery date wrong and again the young lady on the phone at customer service was brilliant. She even refunded our delivery charge as it was a mistake on their part. We are waiting for our delivery now for our second order and I'm sure it will be dealt with in the same professional way as the first one. I would recommend this firm 100% it's how customer service should be done x
