Had a new boiler installed 2 days before Christmas and it broke down within less than 24 hours with a leak on the heat exchanger. Vaillant sent out one of their engineers who confirmed the problem, accepted it would be repaired under warranty and am now waiting for delivery of the replacement parts. I was told to expect a delay in delivery because of the holiday period. Hopeless!!
