Fairly smooth experience

It's generally quite smooth to get consultations and diagnostics approved through the hotline. Sometimes in the past, I had to wait quite a bit of time in their waiting system before being able to talk to sometime. But, most recently, I was able to talk with them right away, and in particular Dora who was able to sort out my request fast.

RSign is terrible

I had the displeasure of having to use RSign fo some contracts I needed to sign with a third party. The software to enter text and sign is the worst possible software I have ever seen, feels like we're back in the 90s. Janky controls, can't edit anymore after changing pages, layout gets broken randomly... Use Docusign or some modern era software, you'll be better off.

Not great at first but they made amends

We originally didn't feel we got a great experience, which had surprised us given the stellar reviews. However, after seeing this, they conducted a thorough review of what happened, apologised and made a goodwill gesture which we very much appreciated. I were impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile to make things right and we'll definitely consider instructing them for our next purchase.

We had instructed them for a leasehold purchase conveyancing.

Pros:
- Thorough on the legal side: they raised and chased detailed enquiries.

- They challenged the other party effectively and defended our position well.

- Two conveyancers are assigned to the case, and they have a generous refund policy in case the purchase doesn't go through.

Cons we experienced:
- Slow responses by email — sometimes up to two weeks with no update, and some of our questions went unanswered. They acknowledged this and said that wasn't up to their standards, and I'm now confident that if I had reached out to the customer care team, this would have been addressed.

- Hard to get through by phone to our conveyancers. Once the secretary promised a callback, but it never came (even after a week). Similarly, they acknowledged this and may have been able to address this, although I would have liked this to be smooth from the outset.

Something else to note, they don't have an online platform to track documents or case status; everything came as email attachments. This is a bit of a matter of taste, and they do justify it saying it's important for the documents to be connected with direct explanations by conveyancers. So that can be seen as a positive.

Software stuck in the 90s

Software stuck in the 90s, it's barely believable. Each page takes 30 to 60 seconds to load. If you press a button with the wrong timing you might loose or corrupt your booking. UI is confusing, and rooms and flights descriptions are THESE ALL CAPS sentences from the 70s software that didn't support lowercase.

I'm not really sure why they are still in business, for their integrations I suppose.

Disappointed

'bit disappointed. The online sheet viewer is kind of bad, no way to customize the zoom level, and no way to seamlessly move from a page to the next (any PDF reader is just better than that). Worse, today I can't login anymore to my account so basically can't access any of my sheet music anymore. No error, just redirects to home page with no explanation.

Online app is just awful. Very slow, confusing, doesn't accept some characters in passport first/last names. And finally, impossible to find a link to download etickets.

Did not work out for us

Did not work out for us, they were unable to find our place for collection, twice. This is odd as couriers, etc. generally don't have any trouble. Both time they didn't try to call.

Also, the app is buggy: for example it showed smth like "collection failed" (no explanation), and later said the laundry was on its way to the facility (no, it was still with us). Quality mobile apps is a must these days. We will not be using this service in the future.

Always hard to login online

Every time I try to login online there's some kind of issue or complication. You try to call them but of course they are only available from Monday to Friday... I also have a current account with Monzo for example and it's just easy and smooth in comparaison. I would be okay if they were actively trying to improve, but web UI didn't seem to have changed at all for 5+ years. I'll likely be closing all accounts with them.

Great, but closing account was a bit confusing

I had to leave the operator, sadly, due to them not providing energy at my new place -- that's all good. I was with them many years before and it was great.

The experience leaving was a bit confusing. In particular, their software wouldn't let me check my final balance online, nor allow me to give the final meter reading after check out. I also didn't receive some automated email to confirm the refund was on the way. I had to call them to sort these things out, which it was eventually.

Cannot easily delete account

Requires contacting customer service manually to delete account, which is a shame in 2023. I only used it shortly before and it was great otherwise, but of course be careful of the rates.

Never received parcel, customer service ineffective

They exchanged parcels mistakenly with another customer, so we received the wrong parcel. After calling them to sort this out, they acknowledged the problem. But then nothing was done, no furhter communication. We're left in the dark. Calling back customer support, there is now an automated voice and it's not possible to reach someone. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They website is buggy and doesn't accept spaces or dashes in the passport's last name field, which doesn't make any sense. When trying to call them, an automated voice tells you they are too busy, and hangs up. I simply have no way to fix the issue before my flight. I will not use British Airways again.

Very simple app all in all, you can't do a whole lot, but it does the job. I would probably be hesitant to put too much monies though. Customer service has been helpful when I needed them.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with our experience with La Belle Assiette. I had what was meant to be a cooking class at home which I received as a birthday gift from my partner. Unfortunately, the chef, though we had a great time chatting with, was here for delivering a dining experience and wasn't trained to give a cooking class. I did not learn much.

There seem to had been confusion in the prior communication where La Belle Assiette where they switched the type of event from cooking class to dining experience unexpectedly. My partner tried to clarify this beforehand by calling them. They then said they would call back, but that apparently never happened. I'd have expected La Belle Assiette to double check these details, especially after being contacted about it.

The food was just okay, to the level of an average restaurant.

Great experience, but they partner with a scam

Great experience booking, and I've had great experience using the app.

However, at the end of the booking proceess, they link you to this "partner" site "one-time-offer.com", which is a scam, nothing less. Promises you cash back, and then in tiny little text, telling you they charge you £15/month.

Great brand, huge customs charge

The brand itself is amazing, great quality clothing. Just don't order online, go to to their great branches in London instead.

Unfortunately, because goods are sent from France (at the time of writing) when ordering on the website, there's a 30% customs charge slapped on by the UK state. It's even worse if you have to return items. It's not the brand's fault, but it defeats their online UK business.
