I emailed Customer Service to facilitate a return for a dress that was lovely, just a tad too long for me. In lieu of returning the item, they offered me a partial refund without having to return the item or, alternatively, a greater percentage refund as a store credit, again without having to ship the dress back. I went with the latter choice because there are a few other pieces I have been eyeing on the site. While the dress did not work out for me, I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided. Thank you!
