Because of my cars make ( Mercedes ) I had to take it to the workshop ( Stockport ). I arrived over an hour early but the technician was happy to take the vehicle and get it warmed up ready. The job seems well done and the time frame was as explained. Happy customer

I was put in touch with PTM and spoke to a lovely lady called Emily her questions were clear and she was very understanding. The whole procedure was effortless the quote was in my inbox before we had said goodbye , I purchased the insurance immediately once the details had been checked. Stumbled across Travel Centre whilst looking at trips to Singapore and they had exactly what I wanted and more. Following my initial contact I was quickly contacted by Rachel Gomez. Over the next 2 days Rachel was extremely helpful and professional answering my questions very promptly and directly which was much appreciated. Holiday is now booked and I will defiantly call on Travel Center and Rachel Gomez in the future

More than happy with Atkinsons not my usual supplier but that might change based on the premium difference, one small but insignificant point is that the coin supplied wasn't in a capsule,

Needed to renew my passport online and needed a digital code, popped into WH Smiths then Max S to compare prices Max S was £5 mor expensive but in my opinion worth every penny .The staff were friendly and professional and made the whole process so simple and the application a breeze. Well done

The online booking was a breeze, I have given two stars simply because the price for the tyres was good and the staff were friendly. Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment to be told it would take 45 mins returned after 45 mins only to find my car where I left it, eventually after 90 mins I was on my way. I was disappointed to find out that they didn't fit black balancing weights to black alloys and that my tyres were inflated to the limit on one side and 8psi lower on the other, probably will go elsewhere next time when I need £200 tyres fitting

The driver arrived within the allocated time, he was very friendly and courteous.

The repair guy arrived on time and was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing however I could have got a better colour match at B&Q and whatever was left on the surrounding paintwork I'm hoping will polish out.
Glad it was a warranty job and I didn't pay for it.

Slow to dispatch the original order and then called to say the colour that I ordered wasn't in stock and would I accept a different colour , I agreed, they sent a completely different item, return postage paid for by VK but this time right item wrong colour sent in return.
I have used before without any problems but might try elsewhere in future. A shame.

Having had a Dyson for many years I was tempted to stay with what I know but after reading the reviews and looking at one close I'm so glad I took the chance on a Shark it's simply brilliant, quiet, lightweight, powerful and full of features.
Overall very impressed and happy.
