I'm a new customer with PTM so I cant comment on making a claim and hopefully I wont have too.
I was put in touch with PTM and spoke to a lovely lady called Emily her questions were clear and she was very understanding. The whole procedure was effortless the quote was in my inbox before we had said goodbye , I purchased the insurance immediately once the details had been checked. PTM and Emily are highly recommended. Thanks (PS very completive)
