Im shocked at the quality

Im shocked at the quality, its thin disgraceful quality. Itchy thin coat.Im now fighting on email to get full refund back , I do not want 20%, 75% or store voucher I want full refund on this return in full. Theres no free returns be warned, I will go further if I do not get refund in full back in my bank

I'd give zero stars again several times later we have had sons rail card rejected, I've called few times, I've reloaded documents and still rejected , now complaints gone in and ombudsman I have contacted , we are disabled you have distressed me so much exellerated my illnesses to the full.

I'm getting fed up with re sending…

I'm getting fed up with re sending different photos for my boy 16/17 yr rail card. Thwres nothing wrong with them. It says cream back ground etc!! Well my other sons pic okied was with himself sitting in a lorry , please sort this out you're putin me off travelling and he helps me as disabled , he is epileptic so stop stressing people out

First time travel We had to swap over…

First time travel We had to swap over at mk to Oxford, one driver pulled in I found very abrupt and rude,clearly didn't know how to speak to people, after I thought I was being helpful to a passenger opening the gate for the elder lady, he moaned I did, I opoliged explained it was my first time, no clear sign saying driver will open the gate! , I'm dyslexic disabled incl anxiety, there was no need to lecture someone infront of people.

I'd give 0 as boohoo under debenhams site, is useless keeps giving same email reply, I'm waiting on refund and tells you to wait wait wait. When a return is made, due to the volume of returns received, we ask to allow 15 days for any parcel sent to reach the return warehouse and be refunded. Refunds are usually received within this timeframe but if not, if you let us know our customer service team can raise this with the relevant team or seller to have a refund issued for you.

Came out to fix tumble dryer

Came out to fix tumble dryer. He's gone so I put some towels on. Now I have knocking noise ,I'm still on hold booking an engineer out again ! No body answering 20 mins .put complaint in as I can't find you Steve! On fb .now I'm ringing again on hold again.

Again waiting for something from…

Today computor d3sk damaged arrived , box open. Fought with boohoo debenhams on messenger , im disgusted with them. Asked for free returns sent pics order number , clearpay stalled them , anyone payed by card should ask bank to pull it back as i shall be.
And ill never use or advise people to order from these. Full of stalling excuses , forever awaiting message me back.
Again waiting for something from debenhams site. Payed for 4 day delivery. It's not arrived so they keep my delivery charge and put delivery by the 9th. So I wouldnt buy nothing again .the watches were late too so no more recommending debenhams...
And I'll never buy from company again !

These items priced high then two items…

These items priced high then two items I have finally got i feel the sale prices due to faults on them. No watches turned up! Past the 7-10 day wait,watches came after I put this comment in . It shows 48 hours deliery with royal mail ! I'd waited 2 weeks from order gone in. And constant chasing.
bad communication, I feel stalling me
, I'm still waiting a refund on clearpay as I refused one corner unit at door as I accidentally ordered 2.

I can confirm what has been advised previously is correct. Once an order has been placed and processed, we can usually no longer amend/cancel any details. This is not because we don’t want to but as soon as the order goes through the system, the teams at the warehouse start processing it right away so they can get your order to you as soon as possible. Did the job when due

Did the job when due, tidy, explained everything checked all up and running to the date.
Shame I had to wait 4 days from first engineer but wires were hidden by patio built.
Me personally do like politeness includes asking for a cup of tea, without the "is the kettle broke"? I find rude cheeky from trades men. Just ask "could I have a cuppa please" no man should think a disabled woman is vulnerable.!
