On the website it advises the clothes…

On the website it advises the clothes are from Edinburgh but why are they shipped from China.I bought items to the value of £70 but wasn't happy with the sizing so wanted to return.I received an email to say that it would cost ME to much money to ship back to China and would I like a partial refund.
Can I ask why would I want to keep something that's too big or small for me.I await your response

We voulentarily off board on a flight…

We voulentarily off board on a flight from Tivat to Manchester on 6th July after being reassured by the captain that we would receive £500 compensation and that Easy jet would sort out the accommodation and transfers
No accommodation or transfers were sorted after being left in the airport for 4 and a half hours asked at the information desk to be told the airport staff had gone home for the night.Went to the checkin desk to be told there were no reps available in Montenegro.
We finally sorted out our own accommodation and transfers and really wished he hadn't agree to be left in this situation.
We did however receive compensation for hotel and transfer and £390 for off boarding but not £500 as agreed.
I have wasted so much time sending emails and denying from this company to the agreed amount I am considering never to use them again

Wanted a nice meal for our special…

Wanted a nice meal for our special anniversary,looked at all the local restaurants but decided on Fairfield Arms as we have been here before on lots of family celebrations
Looked at the website and headed there
Selected our choice from the menu and headed to the bar at 6.45 to be told the food had ended
Aired our dissapointment to the lady collecting the menus and 8.30pm to be told they sold all the vegetables at 6.00pm
Why are the menus still on display can I ask

Very Wilted and not as the picture…

Very Wilted and not as the picture described on the website,choosen this website to order as the flowers looked plentiful and very fresh,very embarrassed to receive a call from my mum on her 70th birthday to say thankyou but She was a little disappointed,The delivery driver left the goods at the front door and made no contact sorry I had selected this company especially on a special occasion and had to go and spend money on flowers again

We are sorry to hear that the courier left the flowers outside of the delivery location. We do allow the courier service to leave the flowers in a safe place on the property if there is no one at the delivery address to collect the parcel. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the safe location may not have been the most secure location and we will be investigating this issue with our courier service.
