1st time customer and love it !

1st time customer . I bought a bracelet for a gift and loved it so much i bought myself one . Loved the fact i could pay by paypal . Easy to use website , has a size guild which was really helpful . Gorgeous jewellery, packaging was really nice . Quickly despatched .

This company has my vote !

Easy to use website , bought a Garden set which is gorgeous , good quality for a great price . Arrived on time , well packed , no instructions but was easy to assemble . My order was easy to track on the website and they kept in touch by email . I will definitely buy from them again .

I have received an email from bonus…

I have received an email from bonus print advising they are still trying to get my order to me by christmas but if they do not i can have 50% off my next order ...unbelievable. In the email they advised i can cancel my order which i have replied back that i want my ordered cancelled and a refund . The strange thing is , the reply on trust pilot states my order is ready !!!! I have contacted paypal to request my refund and will not be ordering again . Not just because the order was late but because of the shocking way they treat their customers when things do go wrong !

This was caused by a much higher number of Black Friday orders than we’d anticipated, which has had the biggest impact on orders placed at the start of December.

Order a calendar on the 2nd dec

Ordered a calendar on the 2nd dec , was advised 5-7 days . Rang on the 12th and was told in production and would receive it by the 17th . Rang on the 17th and was told not yet in production but would get it by xmas . I am so upset because this is a xmas present for a very ill friend and i have now missed the last posting date to the Netherlands so she will not get it on time . There is no excuse in waiting all this time when you order the 1st working day of Dec .The customer service are not interested by phone or email which i have done twice . to add insult to injury i even received an email to ask for a rating on the customer service !!! Bonus Print , you are too big a company to treat your customers like fools , shame on you !!!
