they have tried to rebrand as cigsking to scam new people.

Stay away from this scam website. Bought 5 cartons 9.22 and supposedly shipped 9.26 and was given some USPS tracking #. Gave till mid October for any tracking details to appear but never did. Checking international tracking links, that tracking number I was given was from china to New York and was delivered early October when my order was for Texas. It's probably same tracking # reviewer below me was given to for their mystery package to new york. Emailing for any updates or information about my order get no replies, using contact on website get nothing back either. In hindsight I should have started with 1 carton, so an expensive lesson learned.

Update 12/1. Scam site flags every negative review but they cant get all negative reviews removed if keep your order info. one only has to look at the numerous flagged negative ones here yet "vendor" has never replied to negative reviews here to see they are a bogus site.

Had 3 tix for a college baseball game from fanxchange. Guess Vivid bought them out. My event got rained out(cancelled no resched) I am obviously not the original tkt holder that would have had options the home team offered for alt games. Contacting vivid reps online, get told to contact fanxchange(even though they bought them out and said this numerous times to rep) Doing the email method no reply back 3 weeks ago(included my fanxchange order info for online chat and email each time). Did another tonight, will update if Vivid actually does anything.

Legit rebates, the basic and the big dollar ones. Make sure to pay attention to the details of any of the "big dollar" rebates. If able to follow directions, wont have issues getting the rebate. Can take a while for some to pay(3+ months). Need to be lightning quick to hit the popular company big dollar rebates(the amazons/kohls/macys ones).
